To enroll in a J.R.O.T.C. program:
To enroll in a J.R.O.T.C. program, just go to a high school that offers the class and sign up for it, it is as simple as that. There is not even an obligation after you have completed the four years of J.R.O.T.C. to go into any service. But if you decide to, you will be able to go in with an honorable rank of PFC(Private First Class).
